(717) 364-9903, fax (717) 425-5343This hearing is being conducted under section 1101(a)(2) of the Right-to-Know Law (law) (65 P. S. § 67.1101(a)(2)) to determine whether the State Ethics Commission is required to provide all responsive records related to an identified invoice for legal services.
