[Saturday, October 13, 2012]Notice is hereby given that Layne Scott Gordon, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated September 6, 2011, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on September 28, 2012, disbarring Layne Scott Gordon from the Bar of this Commonwealth, effective October 28, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
