   Inter-County Health Plan requests an overall rate increase of 21.4% for its 65-Select (Health) plans as follows:

   An effective date of January 1, 2002, is requested. The rate adjustments will affect approximately 1,600 subscribers and produce additional annual income of $192,000.

   Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
