Application of Sewickley Hospital for Exception [31 Pa.B. 5763] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Sewickley Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code §§ 138.2, 138.15 and 138.17(c) (relating to definitions; high-risk cardiac catheterizations; and PTCA).
The request is on file with the Department.
