[Saturday, October 12, 2013]Notice is hereby given that Charles Dee Septowski having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Texas for a period of 42 months, with 4 months served and 38 months stayed, by Judgment of Partially Probated Suspension of the District Court of Travis County, Texas, 126th Judicial District, dated November 23, 2011, and Agreed Judgments of Probated Suspension of the Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas dated June 13, 2012, and March 12, 2013; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated September 25, 2013, suspending Charles Dee Septowski from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 42 months with 4 months served and 38 months stayed. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
