The Qualification documents will be accepted until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Documents can be obtained from the Director of Procurement, PRPA, 3460 North Delaware Avenue, 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19134, (215) 426-2600 and will be available Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
