[Saturday, October 11, 2008]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by West Shore Eye and Ear Center, 1857 Center Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at 1857 Center Street, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Camp Hill, PA 17011, 7,200 square meters/hectares +/- adjacent to LR 21015 Section 2A, for the purpose of parking only.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to R. Scott Christie, P. E., District Engineer, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
