Machado having been resigned from the practice law in the State of Connecticut by Acceptance of Resignation and Waiver of the Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of New Haven, entered on November 6, 2007, by Order dated September 25, 2008, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred Arthur D. Machado from the practice of law in this Commonwealth, effective October 25, 2008. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
