Box 7003, Paso Robles, California 93447 seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on the western side of West Liberty Avenue and the intersection of Saw Mill Run Boulevard, in the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, (parcel 7) 1,407 square feet +, adjacent to SR 0051 Section A29, for purposes of erecting an outdoor advertising device(s). Interested persons are invited to submit, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Raymond S. Hack, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017.
