Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company; Homeowners Program; Rate Filing [35 Pa.B. 5437] On September 14, 2005, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate revision for homeowners insurance.
The company requests an overall 1.4% decrease amounting to $250,000 annually, to be effective January 1, 2006, for new business and renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 13, 2005, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's regional office in Harrisburg.
