Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that Geisinger Medical Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code §§ 553.1--553.4, 555.1--555.4, 557.2--557.4, 567.2(1) and 553.31(b).
This request is on file with the Department. The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
