Evans having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New Jersey for a period of three months, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated December 22, 2004 suspending John A. Evans from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three months, effective January 21, 2005. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
