Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company; Private Passenger Auto Insurance Rate Revision [31 Pa.B. 55] On December 19, 2000, the Insurance Department received from Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company a filing for a proposed rate level change for Private Passenger Auto insurance.
The company requests an overall 6.6% increase amounting to $5,541,000 annually to be effective March 19, 2001.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 17, 2001, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Erie.
