Notice of Opportunity for Hearing and
Invitation to Protest

 Under 24 Pa.C.S. § 6503(e) (relating to certification of institutions), the Department of Education (Department) will consider the application of The Johns Hopkins University, based in Baltimore, MD, to offer a course entitled Engineering Innovation at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, PA.

 In accordance with 24 Pa.C.S. § 6503(e), the Department will act upon this application without a hearing, unless, within 30 days after the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, a written request for public hearing is filed with the Department, along with a notice of intervention, a petition to intervene or protest in accordance with 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.23 and 35.24 (relating to protests) or 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.27—35.32 (relating to intervention).

 Petitions to intervene, protest and request for hearing shall be filed with Dr. Rod Niner, Higher Education Associate, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17126-0333 by 4 p.m. on or before the due date prescribed by this notice. Persons wishing to review the application should phone [phone] or write to the previously address to schedule a time for an in-office review. Duplicate copies of the application are not available.
