BUCKS COUNTY Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program; Administrative Order No. 55 [44 Pa.B. 17]
[Saturday, January 4, 2014]And Now, this 10th day of December, 2013, Paragraph 7 of Bucks County Civil Division Administrative Order No. 55, promulgated on June 5, 2009, is hereby amended to read as follows:
7. This Order shall remain in effect until December 31, 2014, unless further extended by the Court.
This Amendment shall take effect thirty days from the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
