GEICO General Insurance Company; Automobile, Motorcycle and Personal Umbrella Liability Casualty Manuals Rate and Rule Revisions; Rate Filing [34 Pa.B. 658] On January 13, 2004, the Insurance Department (Department) received from GEICO General Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 3.6% increase amounting to $2.191 million annually, to be effective March 1, 2004, for new business and April 19, 2004, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to March 13, 2004, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
