[Saturday, January 30, 2016]American General Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 25% on 397 policyholders from several different policy forms: 64028-PA, C12277-PA, L50004-PA and L50005-PA.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 14, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
