DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Selinsgrove Center; Heating System Study [46 Pa.B. 626]
[Saturday, January 30, 2016]A study to determine if the Department of Human Services' buildings located at the Selinsgrove Center, Selinsgrove should be exempted from the requirements of section 2420 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 650) will be performed within the next 90 days. The result from this study may result in the conversion of the Department of Human Services' coal-fired heating system to a fuel other than coal.
