CANINE HEALTH BOARD Public Meeting [40 Pa.B. 625]
[Saturday, January 30, 2010]The Canine Health Board gives notice of its public hearing on Thursday, February 4, 2010, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of hearing several requests from commercial kennels for alternative access to exercise, under section 207(i)(5) of the Dog Law, and other matters as they may arise. The hearing will be held in the VIP Room of the Farm Show Complex, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
Hearings will be held for the following individuals/kennels: Bonnie Arndt, Arndt's Happy Tails; Joan Huber, Blythewood Kennel; Edwin Martin, Martin's Double E Kennel and Kevin Stroup, Possum Hollow Kennel.
