FAYETTE COUNTY Local Rule 1801.1: Notice to Defend; 46 December Term 1954 [28 Pa.B. 9] Order And Now, this 17th day of December, 1997, the following Fayette County Rule of Civil Procedure 1801.1 is hereby promulgated and adopted for the conduct of business in the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Pennsylvania. This Rule shall be effective thirty (30) days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and shall apply to actions pending on that date:
