    Appeal of Michael Richard Grab t/a Grab-A-Cab, Inc. under the Pennsylvania Assigned Risk Plan; Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; Doc. No. P05-01-008

       Under the Pennsylvania Assigned Risk Plan, Section 19, that was adopted by the Insurance Commissioner under 75 Pa.C.S. § 1741 (relating to establishment), notice is hereby given that Michael Richard Grab t/a Grab-A-Cab, Inc. has requested a hearing on the determination by the Pennsylvania Assigned Risk Plan management regarding an error in the initial rating of the policy.

       A prehearing telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office is scheduled for March 15, 2005, at 10 a.m. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing telephone conference.

       The proceedings in this matter will be governed by 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to Administrative Agency Law), 1 Pa. Code Part II (relating to General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure) and 31 Pa. Code Chapter 56 (relating to special rules of administrative practice and procedure).

       Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before February 25, 2005, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answers to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before March 4, 2005.

       A written request for continuance of the scheduled prehearing telephone conference, for good cause, will be considered by the Presiding Officer. Prior to requesting a continuance, a party must contact the opposing party. All continuance requests must indicate whether the opposing party objects to a continuance.
