NORTHAMPTON COUNTY Orphans' Court Rule 14--Estates of Incapacitated Persons [26 Pa.B. 323] Order of Court And Now, this 30th day of December, 1995, the title of Northampton County Orphans' Court Rule N14.5.1 is amended to read ''PAYMENTS DURING INCAPACITY''. There is no change in the text of said rule, which was adopted December 7, 1995, and becomes effective January 22, 1996.
