   The State Conservation Commission announces its schedule of 1996 meetings. The meetings will be held as follows:

March 14	Harrisburg Room 309, Agriculture Building	1 p.m.
May 8	Harrisburg Room 309, Agriculture Building	1 p.m.
July 25	State College Toftrees	10 a.m.
October 7	Lancaster Willow Valley Resort	9 a.m.
