Citizens Advisory Council; Schedule of 1996 Meetings [26 Pa.B. 377] The Citizens Advisory Council to the Department of Environmental Protection meets the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings will be held at 10 a.m. in the 1st Floor Meeting Room, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, on the following dates:
