Time Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several LTC Forms [43 Pa.B. 594]
[Saturday, January 26, 2013]Time Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 9.9% on 306 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: 4060-PA, 4061-PA, 4062-PA, 4063-PA, 4072-PA and 4073-PA. The increase will average 9.9% but individual policyholders can receive increases ranging from 0% to 25%.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 10, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
