Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; Rate Increase Filing for Several LTC Forms [43 Pa.B. 593]
[Saturday, January 26, 2013]Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium 58% on 3,962 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: LTC-IDEAL-PA and LTC-IDEAL-PA-ML.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 10, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
A copy of the filing is available on the Insurance Department's (Department) web site at www.insurance. pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on the link ''PA Bulletin.''
Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
