   On December 29, 2008, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company a filing for rate level changes for private passenger automobile insurance.

   The company requests an overall 3.2% increase amounting to $41.387 million annually, to be effective May 25, 2009.

   Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 27, 2009, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
