DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES State Surplus Property Division; Request for Bids [28 Pa.B. 432] The Department of General Services, State Surplus Property Division is offering the following items for sale through sealed bids to the public. (1) We have approxi-mately 494 various types of used toner cartridges for recycling to include Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, Xerox and other brands. (2) We also have a Phillips Alum. Co. Coal Conveyor, mounted on wheels and is in fair to good condition.
