[Saturday, January 23, 2016]Genworth Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 89% on 3,090 policyholders with the following individual policy forms: the 7000 Series and 7020 Series. The company is requesting a 103% increase on policies with unlimited benefit periods and a 67% increase on policies with limited benefit periods.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 7, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
