 Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 127.32 (relating to written orders):

Chestnut Hill Hospital
The Reading Hospital and Medical Center
Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc.
Wilkes-Barre General Hospital

 These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

 These facilities are requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).

 Persons with a disability who wish to obtain a copy of a request and/or provide comments to the Department and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to do so, should contact the Division at the previously listed address or phone numbers, or for speech and/or hearing impaired persons V/TT [phone], or the Pennsylvania AT&T Relay Service at [phone].
