DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE [7 PA. CODE CH. 130e] Commercial Manure Hauler and Broker Certification [36 Pa.B. 288] The Department of Agriculture (Department) published a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding commercial manure hauler and broker certification at 35 Pa.B. 6751 (December 17, 2005). The public comment period established in the proposed rulemaking was 30 days. Therefore, the close of the public comment period for the proposed rulemaking would be January 17, 2006. However, under this notice the Department extends the original deadline by 30 days. The public comment period for this proposed rulemaking will therefore expire on February 16, 2006.
