E., Secretary of Transportation for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to Section 206 of the Administrative Code of 1929, Act of April 9, 1929, P. L. 177, as amended, 71 P. S. § 66, hereby authorize the Chief Engineer/Highway Administration for the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on my behalf, to certify Design Approval and to make, and cause to be published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin written findings required by Section 2002(b) of the Administrative Code of 1929, 71 P. S. § 512(b).
