   The Department of Transportation, pursuant to the authority contained in Section 2002(c) of the Administrative Code (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and in 67 Pa. Code § 495.4, gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Downingtown Spirit United Soccer Club of P. O. Box 156, Downingtown, Pennsylvania 19335, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at Parkside Drive and Maple Avenue, Downingtown Borough, Chester County, 8.218 Acres +, adjacent to L.R. 6030, Section B03 R/W, for purposes of soccer fields. Interested persons are invited to submit, within thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Andrew Warren, District Administrator, Engineering District 6-0.
