Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc. and Time Warner Cable Information Services (Pennsylvania), LLC, by its counsel, filed on December 17, 2009, at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission), a joint petition for approval of an interconnection agreement and amendment No. 1 to the interconnection agreement under sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
