Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Private Passenger Automobile Loss Cost Revision; Rate Filing [40 Pa.B. 125]
[Saturday, January 2, 2010]On December 15, 2009, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for private passenger automobile insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 1.5% decrease in loss costs effective September 1, 2010.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to February 13, 2010, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
