[Saturday, January 19, 2013]Aetna Health, Inc. is seeking a rate increase on policyholders of their Individual Advantage HMO Plans. The overall impact will increase rates by 16.3% with a minimum increase of 0% and a maximum increase of 18.1%. Approximately 15,500 policyholders will be affected by this change.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 4, 2013, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
