     On April 9, 2012, Brittany R. Luce, notary public of DuBois, Clearfield County, had her commission revoked. The action was based on Brittany R. Luce's lack of good character, integrity and ability, failure to be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a notary public and failure to keep and maintain custody of an accurate chronological register of all official acts by that notary done by virtue of her office, in violation of sections 3, 5(b) and 15(a) of The Notary Public Law (57 P. S. §§ 149, 151(b) and 161(a)).
