   Crum Creek Neighbors has appealed the issuance by the Department of Environmental Protection of NPDES permit to Pulte Homes of PA, LP for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities in Marble Township, Delaware County.

   A date for the hearing on the appeal has not yet been scheduled.

   The appeal is filed with the Environmental Hearing Board (Board) at its office on the Second Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, P. O. Box 8457, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8457 and may be reviewed by any interested party on request during normal business hours.
