DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Driver and Vehicle Services Customer Care Center; Request for Proposals [32 Pa.B. 393] The Department of Transportation (Department), Deputy Secretary of Safety Administration, hereby gives notice that it is seeking proposals to provide services related to the operation of its Driver and Vehicle Services Customer Care Center.
The Department is seeking proposals to provide information and access to Driver and Vehicle Services for Department customers through the use of telephone, e-mail and other emerging technologies. The contract will be for a 5-year term with multiple 1-year renewal options.
