   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Lancaster County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #3601, 679 West Main Street, New Holland, PA 17557-9343.

Lease Expiration Date:  March 31, 2006

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within 1/4 mile of the intersection of Route 23 and Shirk Road, New Holland.

Proposals due:  February 7, 2003, at 12 p.m.
