Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Community Light & Sound, Inc., 333 E. 5th Street, Chester, PA 19013, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at 4th and Morton Streets, Chester, PA 19013, Delaware County, 10,345.76 square feet, parcels 387, 388, 389 +, adjacent to SR 0291, Section A-10, Sheet 37, for construction of a warehouse.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Andrew Warren, P.
