Training Certification of Municipal Police Officers [27 Pa.B. 357] The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Maintenance and Operations, under the provisions of section 4704(f) of the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S. § 4704(f)), certifies the following municipal police officers have successfully completed the training prescribed by the Department of Transportation and are hereby certified as ''Qualified Commonwealth Employees'' as defined in section 4102 of the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S. § 4102) for the calendar year ending December 31, 1997. Accordingly, local police so qualified are authorized to conduct systematic vehicle inspections of any vehicle, driver, documents, equipment and load and enforce any law or regulation pertaining to same.
