Rivera, R.N. of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was indefinitely suspended based on findings that she is unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of dependence on heroin.

This adjudication and order represents the final State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
