HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT COUNCIL Request for Bids [34 Pa.B. 457] The Health Care Cost Containment Council (Council) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to conduct a financial and compliance audit of the books, records and documents of the Council for the fiscal year period July 1, 2003--June 30, 2004. Bids are due to the Council office by 5 p.m. on February 18, 2004.
