[Saturday, January 16, 2016]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P. S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Tinicum Township, Delaware County, parcel No. 5. The parcel contains 4,241.05 square feet of unimproved land situated at Governor Printz Boulevard and First Street. The estimated fair market value is $21,500.
Interested public agencies are invited to express interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Mary C.
