[Saturday, January 15, 2011]Notice is hereby given that by Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania dated December 28, 2010, David Eugene Alberts was transferred to inactive status, effective immediately, pursuant to Rule 301(c), Pa.R.D.E. (relating to disabled attorneys) for an indefinite period and until further Order of the Supreme Court. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
