Lease expiration dates: #6314 entered 90-day status since April 1, 2009; #6301 entered 90-day status since October 1, 2007.
Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,500 to 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space on Jefferson Avenue in Washington, PA. Location between Wylie Avenue and Maiden Street preferred. The proposed location must have free off-street parking and provide tractor trailer delivery access, Washington County.
