[Saturday, January 14, 2012]Notice is hereby given that Arthur M. Lippman having been suspended from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for a period of eighteen months by Order of the Supreme Judicial Court for Suffolk County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts entered June 7, 2001; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated December 22, 2011, suspending Arthur M. Lippman from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of eighteen months, effective January 21, 2012. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
