DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Application of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh for Exception [32 Pa.B. 289] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 117.30 (relating to emergency paramedic services).
The request is on file with the Department. Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
