Code § 495.4(d) (relating to application procedure), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department of Transportation by Lower Paxton Township, William Hawk, Board of Supervisors Chairperson, 425 Prince Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at Town Square, Linglestown, Lower Paxton Township, adjacent to SR 0039 and Mountain Road on the north west quadrant, for purposes of a clock tower.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions or objections regarding the approval of this application to Michael Keiser, PE, Engineering District 8-0, 2140 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103-1699.
